Jack and June Benson, the patriarch and matriarch of this great family, owned and operated the Choo Choo BBQ in Thomasville, GA from 1987-2000. June also ran a much sought-after bake route in Thomasville from 1984-2000. Recipes from the bake route and the Choo Choo are found in this book.
