A Play of Our Own

STAGE PLAY In this fast-paced and quirky comedy a group of high school drama students decide to write their own play after hearing the school's choice: Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm. Since they have a female boxer amongst them they use that as a basis for the story. Racing the clock they complete the script and cast their harried drama teacher in one of the roles. Opening night brings a decidedly tragic event but the show must go on... or can it? Ah, that is the question. A Play of Our Own utilizes virtually no set and very few props, making it ideal for high school or youth group productions. Cast includes one adult male, two teen males, and six teen females.
