Bach's 15 Sinfonias ( 3 part Inventions) were written for solo keyboard. This transcription consists of a book of the top voice only, to be played by a treble instrument (flute, violin, oboe, etc).
A seperate book is a score for piano to play the lower two voices.
So these pieces can now be played as soloist plus piano accompaniment.
