This is the Sixth book of the Allon Science Fictions, This is a culture of "Time-Care" chronology protection of both progress in cultural use of science and also evolution, by a technology practicing a knowledge of a blend of advanced physics. This is a reality based on advanced use of both string theory and quantum physics, and the shock is they can "visit" Earth all the time. There are different levels of "density" of existence as living beings on the two sides of the speed of light. There are ways to manage physical scientific activity of Galactic economics. They can engineer and design molecules, robots and crash-test dummy bodies for hazardous jobs. But the problems and the politics they have are about as easy to understand as how quantum mechanics and string theory work together. Only robotics can actually travel faster than the speed of light and return to quantum physical reality. Each foot-hold of biology to the next star system is a slow deliberative Cosmic effort.
