Gas Delivery to Europe - An overview of delivery routes
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
An overview and comments on the Gas pipelines existing and planned to feed Europe gas needs. Some of these pipelines have existed since the Soviet times, and their standards are not up to date, and are in need of modernization and a better maintenance management, controlled not only by the host nation, but the supplier and clients of gas transited through these pipes. At the moment both the supplier and clients rely too much on national maintenance schemes and plans for development and modernization, without too much insight in what is being done.
This overview, will give the reader insight in the existing infrastructure of gas pipelines, as well as some comments on prs and cons on some of the projects planned and under development already.
