From The Editor: I love this time of year between the winter snow and spring flowers getting ready to bloom. I’m not one for Summer or Fall. I like my days on the cooler side, but still enjoy the warm sun on my face. I also love watching the birds flying back home after spending the winter in the south. I can hear their calls as they pass over my house. Some of them like to stop and grab a bit to eat out of the birdfeeder just outside my office window. It’s a welcoming site when I sit down to write. My mind wonders and thinks about the type of adventures he might have had and then I start to type my own story where my character travels off to some far distant land only to return home again to those he loves. The world around us brings much inspiration. We just need to stop, listen and watch to what is happen around us. The SFC team and I look forward to sharing many more wonderful tales here in the World of Ink with you, our beloved readers.
