A Christmas Tree reality check: How does a pine tree become a Christmas Tree? Answer: It must be cut down, and die!
Little Douglas Fir is safe from being cut down in the National Forest, but he is hopelessly lonely. His only wish is to be a Sparkling Christmas Tree so he can share the joy of Christmas with all the children. He doesn’t want to die, however, so he is doomed to stay in the quiet, lonely forest.
With the help of a Twinkle from Santa’s eye, Douglas is able to find the Christmas Spirit within him and overcome his impossible circumstances. Also Available in PAPERBACK and SPANISH on www.lulu.com.
