    I have read this book cover to cover and one thing I can say is that this author is a no nonsense kind of guy. He puts it out there about the common trends you see in a gym. I try to work out on a regular basis, and after reading this book I have determined that I am doing it all wrong. I will be changing up my routines from here on out, as well as making sure I am not one of "those guys" that act like they are working out.
