Buju Bailey grew up in a poverty stricken village in Jamaica and moved to America in search of a better life. Though he found the success he had hoped for, he was disillusioned with some of Uncle Sam's policies. Reflecting on his childhood years, he draws satirical parallels between his life growing up in Jamaica and his American one.
