This is a fascinating story and really explains the way the Mingo language works. Years ago, my granddaughters did a puppet show for me using this book and had a great time with it. I homeschooled them and the language we worked on was Mingo! When they joined 4-H, here in WV, of course they joined the Mingo tribe and when the older one was Chief of the Mingos, she opened tribal meetings using the Mingo language. Now it's time to teach their little brother all about it!
