Rielingshausen, Württemberg was the ancestral home of the Leibold family of Albany Township, Berks County. This volume of the Pennsylvania German Lineage Book traces the ancestors of the Leibolds who lived in Württemberg from the fourteenth through the eighteenth centuries. The Leibold ancestry is traced back through the families of Blumenhauer, Büschler, von Gaisberg, Maurer, Holzwarth, Klinger, Lautenschläger, Lauterwasser, Öttlin, von Rossdorf, Wetzel, Wieland, Wildermuth, and Zwinckh. In addition, the descent of the Leibolds from Emperor Charlemagne is explained.
