The following documents a trip which took place in August of 2006 through the Scandinavian landscape of Finland, Sweden and Denmark. Under the aegis of the Deborah Norden Fund and the Architectural League of New York, my itinerary and outlook were set by visits to the work of Alvar Aalto and Sigurd Lewerentz.
