The Weedy Mead Chronicles are the ongoing record of an Expedition whose sworn mission is to explain everything there is to explain. So far we’ve done rather well, as more than thirty electronic editions will attest. But the paper versions now lag far behind; the lovely paper coil-bound Ship’s Logs, with the Captain’s fingerprints all over them (and not a few hoofprints and pawprints and signs of rooting and snuffling and a fair bit of drool and slobber, which technically are not QUITE the same thing, according to the forensic people). We are catching up, and at the same time pretending that this is SO important that it’s ok to take a break from all that THINKING, and TEASING OUT, and suchlike.
