Genevieve Xavier is in her 20's and trying to make it in the entertainment industry. Big dreams turn into reality when she finally gets her break, courtesy of her best pal, who also steals her heart. Gen learns soon enough that life doesn't always go as planned. Gen X is a fast-paced, witty, in-your-face novel for all who love chic stories and gut-busting humor.
"Great Characters" Well developed characters make this a very enjoyable read. You can't help but fall in love with Gen and "root" for her success throughout the book. I would recommend this novel to anyone who is looking for a quick, light read. Very much looking forward to the next one. I want to know what happens next!!!
"Gen X" IF YOU SOMETIMES FEEL LIKE GEORGE BAILEY IN ”ITS NOT SUCH A WONDERFUL LIFE”, YOU WILL IDENTIFY WITH GEN X. TAKE IT TO THE BEACH, READ IT ON A PLANE, IN A HAMMOCK, IN PHILLY, NEW YORK, LA OR SCHUYLKILL COUNTY FOR THAT MATTER AND DAYDREAM ABOUT WHERE RISK AND AMBITION CAN TAKE YOU. ITS AN EASY, FUN READ.
Great book! Couldn't put it down. Just had to know what was going to happen to Gen next. Being a non fiction reader - can't wait to see what happens to Gen in the future!
"Gen-X - Great Book" I have to tell you, I was in the middle of another book when my copy of Gen-X arrived. I immediately put the other book aside and read this book in one night. I couldn't put it down. When I was done, I was sorry there wasn't more. Great story line, great characters, great everything. I can't wait to see what happens next.
"Gen X - Review" When Tisha shared this book with me last year, it was still just a document on her computer. I printed it out so I wouldn't have to stay at the computer to read it, and ended up reading it straight through from page 1 to the end in a single day. I could not put the book down! I kept reading because I had to know what was going to happen to Gen next, and how she would react to every situation she found herself in. I fell in love with her boyfriends and was just as hurt as she was when things didn't work out - and happy when they did. In other words, you can't help but connect with Gen as you read this book. I've got this book on order and am looking forward to reading it again in it's newly revamped, book version!
