From (Laura Crutchfield, Riverside, CA) "The recipes in this book are exactly what the title claims: to die for! Not only are they delicious, but they're simple enough that even an amateur chef like myself can handle the preparation. They're great for everyday meals as well as entertaining. My personal favorites are the Chicken & Shrimp Brazilian Soup -- a fantastic blend of sweet and spicy flavors with a hint of lime that will make your mouth water for more -- and Bananas Foster -- a savory dessert that is the perfect comfort food after a long day as well as an unforgettable delight to serve guests. These recipes are meant to impress, and you've got to try them."

"No, kidding! These are truly "Recipes to Die For!!" We have recently started a home business and, just like Cathy and Tom, our roles reversed and no longer was my wife the designated cook, shopper, and menu planner. I finally had the time to pursue a deep passion for creating through cooking and found I, too, had a real natural gift. However, I didn't have a resource of recipes readily at hand until "Recipes to Die For!" came along. Every recipe that I have made for family and friends gets rave reviews and they always ask for more. My wife no longer has the need and desire to go out to dinner because of the great anticipation for our next delectable meal. Two of our family favorites are the Italian Wedding Soup and Italian Sausage Soup with Ravioli/Tortellini. These are a must for a true Italian or Italian want-a-be!! The Tilapia Pecan Crusted Fish will even please the taste buds of a non-fish loving person!! My children weren't even aware that it was fish... More > until after they scarfed it down. And most of all, you have got to try the chicken with spinach, portabello mushrooms and red onions. It is like dining out in the privacy of your own home and a perfect meal to impress your guests. And top it off with Bananas Foster for dessert and they will sing your praises. $5.95 is a steal for this treasure chest of recipes. Bon Apetit!!!!" (Mike and Pam Stabile, Cincinnati, Ohio)< Less

"Very good tasting recipes!" My wife and I constantly reference this cookbook when we want to treat ourselves to extremely good tasting dinners. Every single one of these recipes is a winner -- no waste-of-time dud recipes like there are in most other cookbooks. Highly recommended!
