    "After reading Tom’s book, I recognized so many things about myself. I was trying desperately to find something physically wrong with me. Kept going to different doctors so they could put a real diagnosis on my “problem”. While I was reading How to Attack Panic and Anxiety, I recognized that I needed something wrong with me but came to realize it was anxiety and depression. That’s when I took control and started to climb out of my hole. I took action against my anxiety with medication and positive thinking. I still have (what I call) pings of anxiety but I recognize them now and work through them by breathing and talking to myself (talking it down).
