A story about travellers in Geography, Time
and Space. A story about the Inner Secrets of
Life. Spiced up with some sex.
This comedy novel introduces a man that
looks like Bryan Ferry, talking mushrooms and
Little miss Muffet. And Mr Muffet aswell. At
least the authors have a strong memory of
that. But I would not take their words for it.
A co-production between Swedish and
Welch insanities, this book is the result. If
you like The Goon Show, League of
Gentlemen or Mighty Boosh, you'll love this
book.

As I co-wrote this book, I think I am exceptionally well-qualified to review it. It is clearly the finest book written in the last twelve months - at least, the best I've read, as I've been too busy writing it to read anything else except Colin Wilson's Dreaming To Some Purpose, which isn't bad. Pedants will pick holes in the punctuation but L,S&FB is the first frictive fiction written in Swenglish i.e. "Swedish thought put into English plus English thoughts mangled by a Swede". The story is as follows: Questing for manhood, a mannekin joins a blow-up doll, a poet and Dolly Parton on a journey of enlightenment via Birmingham. This unlikely story has already received many LOLs from a delighted reader. Mrs Edith Swithin of Bromsgrove says: "I hadn't slept for months when I picked up L,S&FB but now I'm out like a light before I get to page three. I don't think I will ever need to buy another book."
