"starters and snacks" As a frequent entertainer I found this book a fantastic addition to my recipe collection. The fact that in the same book I am able to find traditional starter recipes as well as a collection of recipes for sushi and mezze is a bonus.
"the fat man's book of starters & snacks" The Fat Man's Starter and Snack Book proves the Pavlovian theory. Try his exotic starters: Salamangundi, Chakchouka, Pabura, or those exotic Levantine Tabboulehs, Hummuses and Kibbehs - and you will salivate with anticipation - drool on!! It also stands out from most cookery books because it has intereting and amusing titbits about people and food. Excellent buy for anyone.
