After some scary health issues, I had the motivation to improve my diet. In the beginning, changing my diet was not easy. I was overwhelmed by conflicting information on nutrition. It wasn’t until I found the School of Natural Healing and read about the mucusless diet that I felt I was on the right track. Once I knew HOW I should eat, the next challenge was to figure out WHAT I was going to eat. I really didn’t want to feel deprived or starve by eating “rabbit food”. Shortly after that, I discovered Traci Sellers. At first I was reluctant to purchase her cookbook because it seemed expensive. But after I tried a few recipes from her blog, I was sold. Her cookbook is the best cookbook I own. It has made all the difference for me. Healthy food now tastes great! My husband and I absolutely LOVE her recipes! I now enjoy cooking and feel great after I eat. She is truly a gifted Chef!
