"love this book" this book is amazing. I've read tons of diet books and this one is by far the best one out there. once starting on the diet I did have a rough time at first, but it passed and I'm super happy and weight is coming off steadily. From talking to my husband it seems that men lose a bit more weight in the beginnign than women do. I'm wearing a size Zero now adn I love it
"Incredible!!!" My husband and I started on this diet because we both wanted to start eating healthier. In the midst of doing just that we began to lose weight and get very lean. i wish I coudl post pictures, but I don't know how. We are both very slim now and enjoy looking at one another.. hehehe thanks, really enjoyed the book and the info it provided. I'm smarter now.
"Great success" I purchased this book 6 weeks ago adn I've been on this diet ever since. I've lost 27 pounds to date. I've tried lots of other so-called diets and got no results like I have now. I highly recommend it to everyone!!
