Sep 22, 2016There is one serious problem with Deception.....it is the last book in the Dan Icor trilogy! I would love to see more installments, but all good things must come to an end, I suppose. I don’t want to spoil anything, but suffice it to say that the characters are in for a challenging time. Mr. pearson continues his fun to read style that also makes the reader think about our world and its convoluted political trends. Mr. Pearson does a fine job concluding the 3 part story, without the loose ends one finds in other series. As with the first 2 installments, I found myself seeing the story pan out in my head, like a movie. I really love reading books that do this, and not many do. I believe you will like this book and not want it to end.
Sep 17, 2016The exciting conclusion to an outstanding trilogy. The physical and psychological attacks increase and they are directed at Dan, his family, friends and the town; while Dan frantically tries to find the secrets he believes could save them. The story includes a colorful cast of characters, an abundance of danger, with plenty of action, a dose of irony and building suspense to enhance this fast moving thriller. Deception is an easy read with a thought-provoking story. I highly recommend Deception and the Dan Icor books!
Sep 8, 2016this is my favorite book in the trilogy. The writer gets better with each book, and by now I am fond of the characters and really care about Dan and his family. It is amazing how close this comes to events I see on my t.v. each night, it makes me wonder sometimes if this could happen in real life. Really well done and satisfying end to the trilogy.
