In the classic tale, Beauty breaks the curse of the Beast with the power of her Love. Here... things aren't that simple. Herbert Edmund Richard Bastian the Third (that's Herb for short) isn't your garden variety Enchanted Beast. But that's okay, because the Enchanter Beldon (mistake him for a girl and suffer Dire Punishment) has a temper that's more Beastly than Beautiful.
Throw in a witch named Hilda, a transgendered prince, another who's a tree, and a secret hidden for fifteen years, and you'll never be able to look at fairytales quite the same way again.

"Perfect book for a cold winter evening" I loved this book. It is well written and the characters are easy to love. It's full of cute and happy and doesn't pretend to be anything more than what it is. A wonderful book for slash lovers.
"What a great tale!" This book was light and funny and very much worth it. I loved the relationship between the protagonists, it kind of creeped up on them, lol! I like the second story were we learn about what happened before, and of course, the snippets were hot! This book was everything I hoped it would be and I hope to see more from the author!
