This is a combination of two books. The first describes methods and procedures for maintenance and repair of concrete pavements. Since surface failure must be corrected at the source, probable causes are discussed and repair measures described. The principles outlined apply to reinforced and nonreinforced pavements for roads, airfields, and parking and open-storage areas. The second contains distress definitions and measuring methods for concrete surfaced airfields. This information is used to determine the Pavement Condition Index (PCI).
