You may seem happy now because of your career, your husband, or the ability to go on shopping sprees to forget about the wrongs that were done to you. Even as you live irresponsibly or put makeup on to cover the abuse and years of pain or scars. Are you hiding behind all of this? If you were temporally stripped… of position, power, your spouse, wealth, beauty, friend’s, reputation…. Could you pass a test just to find out if you are truly healed or delivered or even find out if you even like yourself.
Or is it the things that are honestly making you and keeping you all together?
