Magic food is the idea that food should make you feel better rather than worse. A meal should lift your spirits and energy and make you feel warm and comfortable inside. Since this is difficult to find when dining out, it can be more rewarding to cook for yourself. Most of the recipes contained in this book are simple and take little time to prepare. All the recipes are vegetarian. In fact, this is really a vegan cookbook with vegetarian options. Enjoy!

"Definitely the Soup Queen!" Unique recipes are always full of ooo's and aaa's but not many people take the time to make them out of fear. Strawberry soup? Well, this cookbook is different. The author makes the recipes so incredibly simple, you can't go wrong. She really makes you want to try the strange and unusual. The more mainstream recipes are fantastic as well. Great job!
