As a human, you need to relax from time to time. But that does not mean that you do not get involved in exercise. Physical activity allows your body to become stronger. If you have a good stamina, then you should go for outdoor exercises. But many people find it difficult to go for outdoor exercise. Therefore, a majority of fitness conscious people prefer going to some local gym.
