We have come full circle with our 12th issue of Kultur. Yes, it's been that long and we're still standing. In this issue we bring to you a large selection of creatives. Ellie Kiss from the UK graces our pages with her latex fashion as Missconstrued Boutique from Arizona show off their fashion. Cassandra VonKatz of Germany shows us what a one man army photographer is capable of as we jet off to Australia with images from Heidi Rebecca who shot works from Synthetic Soul. We've also included the 3rd installment of Dark Seattle, our up and coming sister magazine which will make you look at Seattle in a different light to that of the 90s.
