    I've been in business for 40 years and could have used the information in this book a long time ago. The part on "Call Backs" was especially helpful. If you were to learn just a few simple techniques outlined in "11%" you would be keeping more of your customers. Job well done Verena.

    Easy read - just a couple of hours. I got lots of good customer service info and ideas. I marked pages to refer back to, also. Anybody who is serious about his/her business and making it successful, should buy "The 11% Solution" and sleep with it under his pillow for a quick nightly reference! I recommend it!     "Reading this book is like taking an entire seminar without leaving home. It is user friendly and full of good practical information. These are usable solutions you can put into effect immediately and that will favorably impact your customer relations on an on-going basis. I highly recommend it."

    Wow! I've read 100 or more business books, and I've never seen one this much fun to read. More than that, the 7 steps in the book can help any business make more money.
