    Great book by Vince Condarcuri. I learned a lot about fitness, dieting, myofascial release, workout parameters, breaking through plateaus and a whole wack of other things. The 6 month workout plan at the end really helped me get started on my fitness journey. I'm already 2 months in and have lost 10 pounds. Thanks Vince!
