This is a reprint of a photo “album” of the types of cars used for the Imperial Japanese Government (including data/specification sheets), issued by the Liaison Office-Osaka Railway Division in 1947. It was presented to Lt. R.H. Morrell in May 1947 by officials of the Osaka Division I.J.G.R., Honshu, Japan. Pages consisting of photos of 19 locomotives, 5 electric cars, 16 passenger cars and 44 freight cars.
Also included are scanned pages of the original “The List of Cars” by the Sapporo Railway Division, in February of 1946.
