The United States is in yet again another situation. They have angered the Russian president and he has started the mass execution of civilians in the streets of Moscow. The Committee, the secret organization in charge of dealing with foreign issues, decides to put together a team of mercenaries to execute the Russian president, with their own insurance plan.
