This is a collection of breathtaking imagery that reverberates reality in all of its adventures. Through this Poet's eyes we see what it means, not only to live but, to be apart of living: “Your eyes, my eyes // dusky rivers are we, seeking ocean’s roar”. Brayton's poetry should be shouted from rooftops, should be painted on the sides of buildings, should be written on large banners and pulled through the sky by airplane: “My edges fade more with each movement” Yes, we will fade but this book will live on eternally: “We are creatures of gravity // soliciting the stars” I'm honored to have this collection in my hands.

I was one of five winners in Aquillrelle's contest #3, which resulted in their publication of this manuscript. I'm very pleased with their dedication, devotion to detail on my book and with their constant support of arts and artists. I've published a collection of poems through Lulu, as well (556 pages). I've included the link to my collection and to my own spotlight page, too. * http://www.lulu.com/spotlight/wandaleabrayton1958 * "The Echo of What Remains Collected Poems of Wanda Lea Brayton" * http://www.lulu.com/product/paperback/the-echo-of-what-remains/16114406 *
