This book starts out getting you interested in the characters and wondering whats coming next...then you get pulled in and can't stop reading till the end! I fell in love with the characters and couldn't stop reading! I read this in one sitting and was totally sastisfied and thrilled!! Can't wait for the next book!! I'll be the first one to order it!! I just finished reading The Poetic Killer. I'm not one to read a book I get bored easy and usually fall asleep, but I heard about this book and was told it was a fast read. When I first started reading it I thought a little Steven King, a little CSI, but then it grabbed me in. Getting into the mind set of each character and their personal lives. The details were great, I felt like I was starting to know these characters personally, and couldn't wait to read what was going to happen next. My mother and sister and a friend of mine all wanted to read it when I was done, and we are all anxious to read part 2 and will continue to read anything we see from Wayne A. Sousa P.S. The poems in the book are awesome!
Once I started reading I couldn't put it down. I was intrigued by the insight into both the main characters and what circumstances of their past made them what they were and their present that fueled them. Definitely will keep you perched at the edge of your seat with each turn of the page. Can't wait for the next book!!!

I was immediately drawn to this book after reading only a few pages. The writer gives us a look at a different type of serial killer. Benjamin is the main character and keeps you in suspense. The Poetic Killer is a must read. You will not want to put it down. I will be anxiously awaiting to read the next book!!!!
