Sorry this book is not available in print any longer from this publisher. Only electronic downloads. Due to an unbelievable price increase from this publisher which makes the purchase price over 50.00 has forced me to quit the print option and use the downloaded version. It is more reasonably priced in that version. I am in the process of finding other means of getting it available in print again from some other source. Thanks to all who have purchased this book.
