...I made my own workout program combined with an amazing diet to skyrocket my results. After just 12 weeks of this program that I designed I know weigh 215 pounds, I’m 6’3”, and I bench 285 pounds. I play weak side defensive end so I’m almost the perfect size for a D1 college football player. After this last spring football season I have had tons of college coaches contact me and a few promises of a scholarship after they see me play during the actual season. Next year I will be a senior in high school and on my way to college to pursue my dream.
