This article deals with issues raised at conference “Titan Technik” organized by Heidelberg University in 1998 and dedicated to works of brothers Ernst and Friedrich Georg Juenger. Known as “anti-technology” literary and theoretical works, Ernst Juenger’s “Der Arbeiter” (1932) and Friedrich Georg Juenger’s “The Failure of Technology: Perfection without Purpose” are used here to show differences in elaboration of Nietszchean metaphysics that appeared between Ernst Juenger and Martin Heidegger and in interpretation of the myth of Titans that caused the “distancing” of Ernst Juenger from European right-wing in the late twentieth century.
