Just in Time
This collection of poems starts from a "fast forward" of 30 years and then goes back through the author's life as retiree, wife, mother, lover, child. The scenes are San Francisco in the 1960s and 1970s; the California coast, the West, Mid-West and South. It's all memories now, just in time and nowhere else. But as the title poem declares:

For me now is then, future and past.
I freeze-frame everyone,
those endearing or defining moments
frame after frame compressed into one
so that no one ages, leaves, or dies,
not in my mind.

All royalties from the sale of this book online will be donated to Senior Coastsiders, Inc.
