Chris Johnson is a Human Performance Consultant and Health Advisor who specializes in high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate athletic development as well as promoting healthy lifestyle habits throughout communities and amongst overworked and time constricted individuals.
Over the years, he has consulted for such organizations as Runner's World Magazine, The Boston Globe, and NECN news. Chris is the creator of PROformance Training Systems (TM) and author of PR Pace: Strength & Performance Training for Distance Runners. Chris is also a continuing education instructor, teaching other personal trainers how to be personal trainers, "the trainer's trainer."
Chris is currently working towards his Doctorate at the United States Sports Academy, emphasizing in Sports, Fitness, & Health. He has been the captain of both his high school and collegiate teams and qualified for the Boston Marathon numerous times.
