Andrea Scott is an award-winning painter who looks for the edge of abstraction in her watercolors, that place where image dissolves into color and "reality" becomes cascading paint. She uses that vision to evoke the Arcadian spirit of the New England landscape, as well as making occasional forays into flowers, still lifes, and old Chevy pickup trucks. In addition to painting, she works as an editor and publication consultant.
