More > here, www.musicasacra.com and the download offered on lulu is in color whereas the printed edition is in black and white only to keep the price down since the cost of offering the printed edition in color would have exceeded $200. This would be far from economical. Unfortunately, due to lulu.com’s page limits, this work had to split into 2 volumes. These volumes will be offered at lulu’s cost.
