I was born in the midwest US into a family torn by the premature death of my father. The form of Christianity my mom had adopted was one of those invented during the nineteenth century. I was taught that God was a force with no personal attributes. As a result, I didn't feel loved by Him, nor did I believe He cared how I lived my life. After my life crashed, and I was headed for burning; I considered Jesus. After placing my faith in Christ, my life turned around. He blessed me with a successful business career that allowed me to travel to many Biblical places. He led me into an awesome marriage, and blessed our children with salvation. Lastly He led me into ministry. To God be the glory!
The Nineteenth Century was not kind to the Christian Faith. After ten years as a born again believer, I began to realize many aspects of the 'Left Behind' version of Revelation were also contrived during the 1800's. In fact the primary concept was developed by a 16th Century Catholic theologian!
