Dr Janetius is currently the Director of Centre for Counselling & Guidance, Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College, Pollachi. He completed his MA in Psychology from Annamalai University India, MSc in Guidance and Counselling and Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. He has worked in the Philippines, in Africa and for a short stint in Australia.
In the last 17 years, he has worked both in the corporate and educational sectors, training people from different walks of life, various segments and nationalities. He is a strong advocate of culture-specific psychology and an ardent researcher in the field of human relations and psychology
