Thom Kudla is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. With the help of his tailored degree from the Individualized Major Program at IUB and a grant from the Indiana University Hutton Honors College, he was able to write his first novel, CONFESSIONS OF AN AMERICAN. In 2010, as a fifth anniversary celebration of his first novel, Thom released on this site an e-book edition of CONFESSIONS OF AN AMERICAN including "lost chapters" not included with the original book. His book WHAT MY BRAIN TOLD ME was selected as a finalist in the short story non-fiction category of the 2009 National Indie Excellence Awards.
