I have always loved telling stories to children, but it is not often that I have put pen to paper, although more recently I have been sending stories to my granddaughter in the UK.
I used to teach primary (or elementary) school children, but I now work as an artist in the New York area of USA. Many of my paintings have won awards. I work mostly in pastels these days, although I have used watercolor, oils and acrylics. The Daffodil books and Raffles book are pen and ink drawings.
