About Marty Embry

I have published 7 cook books and the most recent was released in December 2010. I also have a self help book (Diary of a Depressive), 2 book of quotes, 2 poetry books and several novels that are amazing!

My spices were created because of my desire for flavoring foods with simple ingredients. I graduated from DePaul University in Chicago. Need I say how wonderful Chicago is to entice your palate to dance to the beat of its own drum by daring to venture to the restaurants in the city?

My cook books are virtual European restaurants on paper! Turkish delights, Spanish specialties, Belgium delicacies, simple Italian creations, delicious Japanese bites and southern and creole cuisine that my mom, dad, wife and mother in law taught me! Wow, I just had a moment! You will undoubtedly be the envy of the family come dinner time!
