John Antoniades has been involved in the field of Pre-Hospital Emergency Care since 1980 , as a 911 EMS Paramedic for the City of New York.

In 1995 ,he returned to Athens, Greece and worked as an Emergency Room Nurse for Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center and later on as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse for Athens Medical Center ; he was appointed the Director of the Emergency Medical Services for the same Hospital a few years later.

In 2002 , he continued his career as a flight Nurse for International Assistance and became later on the Air-Ambulance Operations Supervisor for its affiliate , for the city of Athens operating out of Athens International Airport , during the summer season ,while in the winter months he was treating injured skiers at Kalavrita Ski Resort , in charge of its First Aid Station.

In 2005 , he repatriated to the USA and is currently a member of the Emergency Services for Mease Countryside Hospital in Clearwater Florida !!!
