Author Travis Monday writes books, articles, and poetry focused on history and on Christian life and ministry. For over five years he wrote local history articles for the Sweetwater Reporter in Sweetwater, Texas. Since then he has written over 10 books now available in both print and eBook formats, including "Nineteen Jumps and a Prayer," his own story about his tour of duty in Vietnam. He later served in the Texas Army National Guard as an Airborne Infantry soldier.
