Leon S. Robertson is a retired research scientist. He did statistical research on the risks of injury and disease while serving on the faculties of Harvard, Wake Forest and Yale Universities as well as a stint in the Research Department of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. His publications include 150 articles and chapters in the research literature. He is the coauthor of seven previous books and sole author of seven: three editions of Injury Epidemiology, Injuries: Causes Control Strategies and Public Policy, The Expert Witness Scam, Hillbilly to Harvard to Yale, The HOA Murders (novel) and Stock Market Science vs. Myth: How to Test Before You Invest.
