My professional and corporate career lasted about 20 years, during the period when establishing management information systems was I priority. I was based in the USA and my work took me to many overseas countries. Subsequently did consulting assignments with World Bank, UN, IFC and other development organizations. I became disgusted by the lack of accounting and accountability and have taken on the challenge of getting a better form of accounting in use to manage decision making about resource allocation.
