About Jim Rivard

Jim Rivard is a practicing physical therapist (www.mtipt.com) with over 24 years of clinical experience. A graduate of The University of Puget Sound in 1988, he received a Bachelor's of Science in Physical Therapy. From The Ola Grimsby Institute (www.olagrimsby.com) he completed 2-year residency program (1991), a 2-year Fellowship program (1993) and a Doctorate of Manual Therapy in 2008.

20 years of teaching includes over 200 seminars in the USA and 11 countries.
Fellow of the AAMOPT (www.aaompt.org) 1995 and Past Executive member
Keynote Speaker for: IFOMPT, The International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (Brazil), the Symposium on Sports Medicine (Belgium), NAIOMPT, APTA-CSM, AAPT, as well as state chapter meetings in WA, AK, LA and FL.
